NHS Pay Survey

The government has implemented the 3.3 per cent pay award for 2026/27 in line with the NHS pay review body (PRB) recommendations. This has now hit members’ April pay packets.

The 3.3 per cent pay award has already been overtaken by increases to the cost of living and does nothing to address the long-standing issues with the pay structure.

After 18 months of promises, we finally entered into formal negotiations on the NHS pay structure last week.

We can make the strongest possible case in negotiations when those in power hear from the people affected. Via our survey, please share how the issues with the pay structure affect you at work and in your personal lives.
