Attention all nursing staff Bands 4 – 8

Following recent Government announcements, NHS Trusts nationally are embarking on a programme of work to align all Nursing and Midwifery job descriptions Bands 4 – 8. 

MFT has started their review programme and Unison along with the other health unions will be heavily involved in this process. We now need as many Nursing and Midwifery staff as possible to join the focus groups – only you can tell us what you do on a day to day basis to provide accurate and consistent job descriptions.

This is the MFT PROGRAMME BRIEFING and the dates, times and venues of the focus groups are below. 

• FOCUS GROUP 1 – open to nursing and midwifery colleagues at Band 5, 6 and 7
• FOCUS GROUP 2 – open to colleagues currently working with a band 5 job description
