Come and join the COP26 Rally

Your UNISON Branch fully supports plans for UK trade unions to mobilise around the country as part of the Global Day of Action for Climate Justice on 6 November.

We are not encouraging members to travel to Glasgow as UNISON Scotland will be taking part in the Glasgow Cop26 events. Instead we are encouraging members to take part in Cop26 events virtually and locally. Your UNISON Branch officers and reps will be joining the rally being held in Manchester. Please come and join us in delivering a message to our Government and to world leaders that the time for talking is over and that immediate action is needed if we are to successfully avert climate catastrophe.

We will be meeting on Saturday 6th November at 12.00 noon in St Peters Square, Manchester. Look our for our Branch banner!
