As you should all now be aware, our Branch AGM is taking place on Friday 22nd March at 7.00pm, venue – The Holiday Inn, Aytoun Street, Manchester M1 3AE
Attached are all the papers you will need to participate in the meeting. If you have any questions that you would like answering at the AGM based on these papers, please submit them in writing prior to the meeting and we will endeavour to have the answer ready for you. Your question/s should be sent to agm@unisonmanchesterhealth.org.uk
Our Branch rules mean that we require 312 members to attend the meeting to ensure we are quorate ie/we need that many members to be present so that we can conduct our business and have valid proceedings. In the event that we do not meet the numbers on the night, then the meeting will not go ahead.
In the event that the meeting does not go ahead, we will still be presenting our honorary member award and still hold our prize draw where the winner wins a £100 shopping voucher. There are smaller £50 vouchers to be won too. You will still be invited to stay for a drink and a bite to eat with the opportunity to meet and chat with your reps and Branch officers.
