Unison Migrant Workers Network

The Unison Migrant Workers Network is a new, informal network of Unison members with a first generation immigrant background including overseas and migrant workers who have subsequently naturalised as British citizens or who have indefinite leave to remain. In addition to this network, Unison Migrant Worker members can access expert migrant rights and advice and support themselves and their families via a Unison funded partnership with the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI). Members can access the advice service via UnisonDirect on 08000 857 857 where we will make you an appointment with a JCWI advisor. 

Unison can also help migrant workers access specialist learning opportunities – another reason to join Unison and get involved in this new and dynamic network.
