MREH Staff?? We want to hear from you!!

This questionnaire has been created by two of your new UNISON workplace representatives, Luke Hurst and Sarah Wilson, at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. We want to know more about the workplace issues that matter to you at MREH and to identify areas where we can work together to change things for the better. Whether it is pay, hours, or something more specific, we’d love to hear from you.

All staff are welcome to complete the questionnaire, including those who are not already UNISON members. This is not the same as the staff stress questionnaire or any other risk assessment survey produced by your employer.
