Branch AGM – last chance to attend!!! UPDATE

As you will have seen from previous correspondence, last week we held our Annual General Meetings. 

We have already held five meetings and we would like to thank each of you who has taken the time to join us.

Our current quorum is 200 members. A quorum is the minimum number of members that must be present at our AGM to make the proceedings of that meeting valid. So far we have achieved 169. Unison rule allows for a re-convened meeting if quorum is not met. We must give seven days notice so we will be holding a Teams AGM on Monday 17th March at 2.00pm.

If you have not yet managed to attend a physical meeting, please make every effort to join this re-convened meeting.

Every member who hasn’t already attended one of our meetings will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win £50 shopping vouchers.
