Guidance on mandatory vaccination of care home staff

To all residential care worker members (or members that are required to visit care homes in their line of work)
 
Yesterday, the Government finally published guidance in relation to the mandatory vaccination of staff working in CQC-registered care homes. In response, Unison has been able to publish our own union guidance and advice. Please find relevant links below:

It is worth noting that this applies not just to care home workers but to anyone required to visit care homes through their employment (unless exempt as per the guidance) – such as social workers, occupational therapists and maintenance workers.
