HCA Pay Banding Campaign – are you on the right rate for the job?

UNISON wants to know about your current workload and the duties you undertake. We believe that some band 2 HCAs may have a case to be uplifted to band 3 if they undertake band 3 duties, so we are gathering evidence to assess this. UNISON can’t guarantee that re-banding will be possible for everyone but it’s an issue we are keen to understand and to raise on your behalf where relevant.

The first stage in our campaign is to gather evidence, and to do that we are using a short survey which we are asking HCAs working at MFT to complete.
