NHS Pay v The Cost of Living Crisis

The NHS pay award for England is nowhere near enough. Nowhere near what’s needed to improve staffing and protect patient care and not enough to keep pace with rising prices.

The government has imposed a £1,400 a year pay increase on you. They won’t negotiate. They won’t accept that this pay award will only worsen the NHS staffing crisis. THEY are out of touch and YOU are out of pocket.
